Whether you need assistance with Duo, UT email, network, software, hardware1, or other IT-supported technology, reach out to us through one of the following communication channels: 

WiFi

There are two WiFi networks available in all buildings and nearby areas at UTHSC: UTHSC and Eduroam.

It does not matter which one you use. Eduroam requires you to enter NetID@uthsc.edu for the username and your password for authentication. UTHSC WiFi uses your Net ID and your password for authentication.

Additional Student Services

  2. Blackboard LMS (Log in with your NetID and password)
  3. Microsoft Office is available at no cost to you. Click on Apps from the menu on the left-hand side, then select on All Apps, then Install Status in the upper right-hand corner to download apps.
  4. Zoom Pro is available at no cost to you. Host meetings longer than 40 minutes, access to 10gb of cloud storage and access to Zoom recordings, and Clips. Please follow these instructions to sign in with SSO to access your Zoom Pro account. Please note, if you sign in with @uthsc.edu instead of the @tennesee.edu domain, you will be signed into a basic account instead of your provided Pro account.
  5. Computer Purchase Recommendations are provided by ITS and meet the requirements of all UT Health Science Center colleges.

1 Hardware repair for Apple devices is currently unavailable due to Apple Authorized Service Provider program restrictions.

Blackboard
