ITS Service Desk

Whether you need assistance with Duo, UT email, network, software, hardware, or other IT-supported technology, reach out to us through one of the following communication channels: 

• TechConnect: Submit a request for a service through TechConnect.
• Search Online: If you prefer to solve your IT issues yourself, search for our TechConnect Knowledge Base.
• Call: Give our Service Desk a call at 901.448.2222 or 800.413.7830.
• Walk-In: Visit the Service Desk at 877 Madison, 6th Floor.

WiFi

There are two WiFi networks available in all buildings and nearby areas at UTHSC: UTHSC and Eduroam.

It does not matter which one you use. However, Eduroam requires you to enter NetID@uthsc.edu for the username and your password for authentication. UTHSC WiFi uses your Net ID and your password for authentication.

3. Microsoft Office is available at no cost to you. Click on the gear icon in the upper-right then click on Office 365, then Install Status to download apps.
