Email Forwarding Exception

What is it?

As of December 14, 2021, all UT system faculty, staff, students, and departmental accounts are no longer able to automatically forward university emails to a personal email address such as Gmail. Forwarding is allowed to an approved list of domains only.

Use this service to request an exception to be able to forward your UTHSC email to a domain that is not currently on the list.

Faculty and staff

How Do I Use It?

If your request is approved, you will be able to forward your UTHSC email to an address in the approved domain.
