How to Install Microsoft Teams

These are step-by-step instructions on how to install Microsoft Teams.

Internet Browser

1. Open or Select an Internet Browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari to access Outlook Office365.
   
2. Type the URL http://teams.microsoft.com/downloads into the Internet browser address bar. Press Enter.
   
3. Click Download for desktop if you are using Windows or scroll until you see the download button for the Mac version.
   
4. Click Download Teams. Mac users will see MicrosoftTeams.pkg downloaded.
   
5. Click Save File > press the Enter key on the keyboard. Note: This may look different on your computer if Firefox was used for these instructions.
   
6. Click Teams_windows_64.exe >or > Go to the Download folder and double-click on Microsoft Teams. Mac users double click on MicrosoftTeams.pkg.
7. Installing Microsoft Teams.
   
8. Double-click Microsoft Teams.
   
9. Click UTHSC email address > Click Sign in.
   

You are now in Teams!
