Outlook: What is a Shared Mailbox and How to Access It

A shared mailbox makes it easy for a group of people to monitor and send emails from a shared email address alias like hr@uthsc.edu.

When a group member replies to a message sent to the shared mailbox, the email appears to be from the shared address, not the individual user.
