Access to Another Employee's Computer, Email, etc.

What is it?

This form is used to request authorization for access to:

  • the local drive on the computer
  • email account
  • Zoom account
  • OneDrive/Sharepoint files

for an employee who has either left UTHSC, is on FMLA, or has any other absence that would prevent the department from completing tasks because this person is not available.

These requests require HR approval.
