What is it?
This is a form for users and/or service desk to utilize when users call in or are inquiring as to whether they can utilize a piece of software on their computer that does not require a risk assessment or carbon black policies to be built around it. This will pair with our exception/exemption process, but does not qualify for exception or exemption and simply needs approval.

All UTHSC users with a managed or UTHSC-owned asset
