Office 365 Connectivity Issue

What is it?

  1. In the bottom right hand corner of the Outlook client does it indicate that the Exchange Server is connected? Or is there an error?
  2. Can you browse any web pages?
  3. Try restarting your computer first.
  4. Then re-open Outlook and see if there's any change.
