What is it?
This service facilitates work visibility, trend analysis, problem diagnosis, planning, and other analytical functions by providing data-driven answers to strategic and operational questions and scenarios. Major outputs of this service include dashboards and reports developed using data mainly contained within the UTHSC TechConnect, which is powered by the TeamDynamix (TDX) system. The data and reporting analyst may be able to work with non-TechConnect (TDX) data as well.

How Do I Use It?
The data and reporting analyst will determine the best way to address and visualize your need. Resolutions/outcomes that utilize UTHSC TechConnect (TDX) data will be made available in TDXNext as a report (including charts/graphs), a folder of reports, or a desktop.
