RingCentral: How to Block Spam Calls

From Your Cell Phone

1. Open the RingCentral app.
2. Click the Phone icon at the bottom of your screen.
   
3. Click Recents at the top of your screen.
   
4. Locate the number you wish to block and tap the circle icon with the i at the end of the listing.
   
5. Click Block Number. You are notified that the number has been blocked and see information on how to unblock it, if necessary. Click OK.
   

From Your Desktop

1. Open the RingCentral app.
2. Click the phone icon on the left.
   
3. Locate the number you wish to block, hover the pointer over it, and click the ... at the end.
   
4. Choose Block number.
   
5. Click the Block button to confirm you want to block this number.
