Block Spam Calls in RingCentral

From Your Cell Phone

1. Open the RingCentral app.
2. Click the Phone icon at the bottom of your screen, if necessary.
3. Click Calls at the top of your screen.
4. Locate the number you wish to block and tap the circle icon with the i at the end of the listing.
5. Click Block Number. You are notified that the number has been blocked and will see information on how to unblock it, if necessary. Click OK.

From Your Desktop

1. Open the RingCentral app.
2. Click the phone icon on the left.
3. Locate the number you wish to block, hover the pointer over it, and click the ellipsis (...) at the end.
4. Click and choose Block number.
   
5. Click the Block only button to confirm you want to block this number. If you believe this is spam, click the Block & report spam button.
   
6. If you have unintentionally blocked a legitimate caller, click on the ellipsis (...) again, choose Unblock, then click Unblock only or Unblock/not spam.
