If you are having problems with the customer computer opening Citrix web base applications, this is a solution that works on Windows or Mac computers and with Citrix receiver Versions 4.7 – 4.12 and Mac versions 12.6 – 12.8.1.
This solution works internally on the Methodist Network and externally on most commonly configured networks the customer might connect to.
Citrix configuration window should open:
Your next Screen should be your login screen have the Customer apply Domain\username and password.
Add your favorite apps.
You should see the apps in citrix and in program files.
Click on the application and it should open.
