Connecting UTHSC Equipment to MLH's Citrix Systems

Connecting to Cerner/Citrix Applications directly through the Citrix Receiver

*Please note: Mac systems running 10.15 or newer needed to use Citrix Workspaces 19.10.2.

10.14 and earlier useReceiver 12.9.1 or 12.8.1 and the instructions for configuring those clients are below.

 

If you are having problems with the customer computer opening Citrix web base applications, this is a solution that works on Windows or Mac computers and with Citrix receiver Versions 4.7 – 4.12 and Mac versions 12.6 – 12.8.1. 

This solution works internally on the Methodist Network and externally on most commonly configured networks the customer might connect to. 

  1. Open Citrix Receiver from the computer’s local program files:
  2. Citrix configuration window should open: 

To configure Citrix

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Go to www.methodistmd.org.
  3. Click on one chart.
  4. Click connecting to oneChart.


  5. Click on the link under IOS Instructions named Download the iPad/iPhone/IOS instructions.
  6. Retrieve and COPY the Web Address https://mobilecx.methodisthealth.org/citrix/pnagent/config.xml located on the 2nd page.
  7. Go back to Citrix receiver to finish configuring.


  8. Your next Screen should be your login screen have the Customer apply Domain\username and password.

  9. Once you have logged in click on the + sign to the left side of the window.
  10. Add your favorite apps.

  11. You should see the apps in citrix and in program files.
