Instructions
Citrix Version Requirements
- macOS 10.15 or newer requires Citrix Workspace 19.10.2.
- macOS 10.14 or earlier supports Receiver 12.9.1 or 12.8.1.
- Windows systems support Citrix Receiver versions 4.7 through 4.12.
This configuration works on the Methodist network and on most external networks.
Open Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace
- Open Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace from your computer’s applications or program files.
- The Citrix configuration window will appear.
Configure Citrix
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Go to www.methodistmd.org.
- Select oneChart.
- Select Connecting to oneChart.
- Under the iOS instructions section, download the document titled iPad/iPhone/iOS Instructions.
- Locate the configuration URL in the document: https://mobilecx.methodisthealth.org/citrix/pnagent/config.xml Copy this URL.
- Return to Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace.
- Paste the configuration URL into the appropriate field when prompted.
- When the login screen appears, enter your MLH domain credentials using the format Domain\username and your password.
- After logging in, select the + icon to add applications.
- Select the applications you want to add to your Citrix workspace.
- Launch any application to confirm that it opens successfully.
Troubleshooting
- Verify that you are using the correct Citrix version for your operating system.
- Ensure the configuration URL is entered exactly as provided.
- Confirm that your MLH domain credentials are correct.
- Restart Citrix Receiver or Citrix Workspace if applications do not appear.
- Try connecting from a different network if external connectivity issues occur.
