What is it?
Dropbox Enterprise is UT Health Science's institutionally managed cloud storage and collaboration platform for approved research activities. It provides researchers with a secure way to store, organize, and share files with internal and external collaborators while benefiting from enterprise security and centralized administration.
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
Dropbox Enterprise is available to research personnel who have a legitimate research-related need for secure file storage and collaboration. Eligibility is determined based on the user's role and intended use of the service. Dropbox Enterprise is not intended for personal use or general departmental file storage unrelated to research.
Where Can I Get It?
Dropbox Enterprise accounts can be requested through this Dropbox Enterprise Service Request.
Available request types include:
- New Account Request – Request a Dropbox Enterprise account for approved research activities.
- Transfer Account – Transfer ownership of Dropbox content to another eligible user.
- Dropbox Support – Get assistance with an existing Dropbox Enterprise account.
