Use SSO to Get Zoom Pro Benefits

Checking How You Logged In

If you have Zoom open, click your profile in the upper right corner. If you see an email address with anything OTHER than @tennessee.edu, you aren’t logged in to a UT Zoom Pro account. Also, if you are logged into a UT Zoom Pro account, it will say LICENSED at the top instead of BASIC.

Logging in with SSO

  1. Double click the Zoom app to open.
  2. Click the SSO icon.
  3. If the company domain isn't tennessee, please change/add that.
  4. Log in to your UTHSC account through CAS.

This is not something that any UTHSC faculty, staff or student needs to request. You already should have one. By logging in with your SSO into tennessee.zoom.us, you are accessing your UT Zoom Licensed (Pro) account. However, if you are not using Single Sign On or SSO to login, you will not see it.
