Managing Unsubmitted Project Requests

Summary

This article explains how to locate, edit, submit, or withdraw a project request that has not been officially submitted to Information Technology Services (ITS).

Until a project request is officially submitted, you may update the information, upload additional attachments, or withdraw the request entirely. Important: Once a request has been submitted to ITS, it can no longer be edited.

Prerequisites

  • Have an existing project request in TechConnect that is not finalized nor submitted.

Instructions

Locate Your Request

  1. Go to the TechConnect home page.
  2. Click Services in the green banner at the top of the page.
  3. Select the Project Requests button located just under the banner.
  4. Click the Title of the project you want to manage.

Choose an Action

  1. Edit Your Request: After selecting the project title, you may:
  • Update your answers
  • Add or remove attachments

Submit Your Request 

  1. Follow the Review and Submit prompts to complete the final submission steps and send your request to ITS.

Withdraw Your Request 

  1. Click the Withdraw button.

Note: A withdrawn project can be moved back to Not Submitted status if you want to continue working on it.
