Set PowerPoint to Presenter View

PowerPoint Presenter View shows you the current slide, the next slide, and your speaker notes to help you focus while presenting and connect with your audience.

If you wish to use this feature in any UT Health Science Center auditoriums, labs, or meeting spaces that use podiums with PCs installed, you must bring a laptop to the room. You will also need an HDMI connector or HDMI adapter to connect your laptop to the system. Submit a Computer Equipment and Software Purchase Consultation if an HDMI cable is needed.

Choose a powerpoint file to open
  2. Click the presenter icon in the lower right corner.
