Digital Benefits after Retirement

Thirty days after the official retirement date, retirees (including emeritus) will lose access to digital benefits such as UTHSC email and Office 365 desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) through our university agreement with Microsoft. Retirees cannot log in to Windows desktop computers owned by UTHSC. 

The only way to retain UTHSC digital benefits is for a business manager to submit a sponsorship service request on a retiree's behalf. 

If the sponsorship indicates that the individual still works for UTHSC, they may still be able to use Office 365 on the web but not Office 365 desktop applications.
