New Sign-In Coming on Wednesday May 27 for Many IT Services

On May 27, 2026, the typical sign-in process for many applications will be replaced. This includes:

  • Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • DASH
  • K@TE
  • LinkedIn Learning
  • Qualtrics
  • OIT Software Distribution
  • Zoom

Other IT services will also be changed in the upcoming weeks to reflect this new sign-in procedure.

The new procedure will first have an introductory window.

Then you will see a Microsoft sign-in page that will require you to enter your NetID@uthsc.edu, followed by your password (identical to signing into Microsoft 365 services on the web).

This update is part of an effort to deliver a modern, consistent authentication experience across university platforms.
