TDX Client automatically notifies you by email when you are added to a project as a Sponsor/Stakeholder (aka, a Resource).
To access your projects and other project information:
- Go to the TeamDynamix- TDClient page and log in with your NetID and password.
- Click Projects in the green banner at the top of the page, then click your project name.
- Find this information after the project title:
- Details: Displays the information submitted by the project requester
- Feed: Contains all updates that have been made to the project
- Briefcase: Contains files that have been uploaded to the project (NOTE: Project managers may choose instead to place documents in a SharePoint or Teams site and link to them. See the Links section.)
- Calendar: Shows all the project tasks for which an end date has been set and is filterable
- Issues: Contains identified issues added to the project (NOTE: Project managers may choose instead to track issues in a separate document stored in a SharePoint or Teams site and link to it. See the Links section.)
- Risks: Contains identified risks added to the project (NOTE: Project managers may choose instead to track risk in a separate document stored in a SharePoint or Teams site and link to it. See the Links section.)
- Plans: Lists tasks that are in the status of new, in progress, completed or on hold.
