If you move to UTHSC from another UT university system, you need an account migration. UTC, UT Martin, UT Southern, and UTK students typically use Google services for data storage and email, while UTHSC uses Office 365.
This migration must take place before you start your academic work at UTHSC.
Account Migration Steps
- Be sure to backup your Google Drive or OneDrive data and emails in your current account, as this content is removed during the migration.
- Contact our Service Desk at 1.800.413.7830 and request an email migration.
- The Service Desk will recreate your data storage and mailbox.
