Summary
Project Online is available in three subscription levels—Project Online Essentials, Project Online Professional, and Project Online Premium. Each tier provides different capabilities for team members, project managers, and portfolio managers.

- Active UTHSC credentials
- Assigned Project Online subscription level (Essentials, Professional, or Premium)
- Internet access and a supported web browser
- Windows PC for desktop client features included with Professional and Premium

- Each subscription license allows for up to five concurrent installations of the Project desktop application.

Troubleshooting
- If features are missing, verify that you are assigned the correct subscription level.
- Ensure you are using a Windows PC if attempting to access the desktop client.
