LinkedIn Learning is offered at no cost to all UTHSC faculty, staff, and students, giving the entire campus unlimited access to a large library of professional video courses covering software, design, business skills, and more.

Prerequisites

  1. Active Outlook Account
  2. Internet connection
  3. Duo two‑factor authentication

Instructions

Logging in

  1. You must go to the UTHSC LinkedIn Learning site to receive full university access to the site.
  2. Enter your NetID/password (Duo authentication may be required).
  3. If you have linked your LinkedIn Learning account to your LinkedIn account, you will be asked to log into LinkedIn.
    If you have not linked your LinkedIn Learning account to your LinkedIn account, you will be taken to the LinkedIn Learning main page.

Subscribing to LinkedIn Learning Course Suggestion Emails

  1. Log into LinkedIn Learning (you may need to enter your NetID/password and Duo authentication may be required).
  2. Look at the top of the screen and click Me to see your profile.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click the arrow to the right of Email.
  5. Make sure your desired email preferences are turned on.

The Technology Solutions Services team provides faculty, staff, and students training on desktop tools, with a focus on enhancing basic to advanced computer skills and desktop applications to make you more productive at work. Desktop Application Training is available for the Microsoft 365 suite of products, as well as FileMaker Pro, Qualtrics, Zoom and other tools supported by ITS.
FileMaker Pro is powerful software used to create custom apps and databases that work seamlessly across iPad, iPhone, Windows, Mac, and the web. Select Request a FileMaker Pro license to have a license installed on your computer. Use this service to make all of your FileMaker Pro requests.
