What Is It?
The Telecommunications troubleshoots and repairs UTHSC telephone/telephone service items for use by staff, faculty, students, or for utilitarian use (ex. conference rooms, offices, doors, elevators, and other spaces).
Who Is Eligible to Use It?
This service and support are available to UTHSC faculty, staff, and students during normal UTHSC business hours. Users must provide the departmental account number, exact location, type of phone accessory needed, and quantity when requesting the service.
