- Consultation services for departments interested in moving from paper documents to electronic documents
- Coordination with Ricoh, a 3rd party vendor, to scan and index documents so they are OnBase-ready
- Training for new and existing OnBase users
- Assistance in setting up your environment, if you chose to scan your own documents into OnBase
- Implementation services include:
- Department/user/permission set up
- Document type with keyword set up
- Batch scanning and scan queue set up
- Document retrieval and custom query set up
- Workflow set up
