The UTHSC Business Productivity Solutions team supports OnBase for the campus.  Here are just a few of the services offered by our OnBase team:

  • Consultation services for departments interested in moving from paper documents to electronic documents
  • Coordination with Ricoh, a 3rd party vendor, to scan and index documents so they are OnBase-ready
  • Training for new and existing OnBase users
  • Assistance in setting up your environment, if you chose to scan your own documents into OnBase
  • Implementation services include:
    • Department/user/permission set up
    • Document type with keyword set up
    • Batch scanning and scan queue set up
    • Document retrieval and custom query set up
    • Workflow set up
  • Continued on-site support to keep OnBase working for you.
