ITS is pleased to announce our new IT chatbot: TechTriage. TechTriage can be accessed by visiting TechConnect and clicking on the orange conversation bubble visible in the lower right corner of the home page.
Please use TechTriage to support your IT-related needs, including finding information in TechConnect, answering basic troubleshooting questions, or locating an appropriate service request to get support from a technician.
As always you can also get IT help by calling the Service Desk at 901.448.2222 or by visiting in person on the 6th floor of the Lamar Alexander building.
