Technology Review
Before any hardware, software, or technical systems are purchased, Information Technology Services (ITS) conducts a comprehensive Technology Review. This mandatory assessment ensures that all new technology aligns with cybersecurity and technical standards for the University of Tennessee, UT Health Science Center, and applicable government regulations.
Submission
Providing general information about the project request so ITS and stakeholders can understand the need.
Review
Allowing stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, impact, and alignment with institutional priorities.
Refinement
Adding attachments or documentation to clarify technical requirements, scope, or constraints.
Execution
Once approved, the project moves into active development or implementation.
