- On your taskbar, click the search box and type Software Center.
- Click on the Software Center app to open it.
- Select RingCentral from the list of available apps.
- Click Install.

- Open a new finder window and click the applications folder on the left - or - click the LaunchPad on your dock.
- Open the Self-Service app.
- Click Install underneath the RingCentral icon.

- Open the App Store.
- Search for RingCentral.
- Tap Get.
- Enter your Apple ID credentials if prompted, and continue the installation.

- Open the Google Play Store.
- Search for RingCentral.
- Tap Install.
- Enter your Google Account credentials if prompted.

Sign-in Instructions

Open RingCentral.

Click the Sign In button.

RingCentral requires a Single Sign-on (SSO) log-in, just like Zoom. Click the Single Sign-on button.

Type in your full UT email address (NetID@uthsc.edu).

Click Submit.

This opens a browser window with the UT CAS (Central Authentication Service) log-in page. Type in your NetID and password as you normally would and authenticate with Duo, if necessary. Please note that if you signed in recently or have your sign-in saved, it may log you in automatically.

The RingCentral app should open back up on its own. If it does not after approximately 30 seconds, click the blue Open RingCentral app in the browser.

You're now signed in and ready to start making calls!
