This article explains how to generate the official UTHSC email signature using the approved online form. All faculty and staff must use the standardized format to maintain consistent branding.

Instructions

  1. Log in to the online email signature form using your UT NetID and password.
  2. Fill out all required fields in the form.
  3. Review the preview screen.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Two versions of your signature will appear (one with a logo and one without). Copy your preferred version and paste it into your email client.

Additional Notes
