Official UTHSC Email Signature

Summary

Policy requires that all UTHSC faculty and staff use the official UTHSC email signature for all internal and external email communication.

Body

Since email is the official method of communication at UTHSC, it is appropriate for all faculty and staff to utilize a consistent email signature that helps to reinforce the UTHSC brand. UT Policy on Email Signatures

Email signatures are generated using an online form and should not be modified beyond adding additional contact numbers. Likewise, you may not add anything to your email signature besides additional phone numbers.

Instructions

  1. Login to the online form using your UT NetID/password.
  2. Fill out the fields.
    Screen where you enter all your information to generate your email signature
  3. Click Submit.
  4. You will see two email signatures (one with a logo and one without). Copy your preferred signature and paste it into your email client.
