Remove Blocked Time

Normally, if a meeting is cancelled, you will receive an email notification of that, with the option to remove the meeting from your calendar. But, if you need to manually remove something, follow these easy steps:

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Select the Calendar icon.
  3. Double click on the blocked time you want to remove.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. Click the Delete button to confirm you want to delete this blocked time.
