UT Vault: File Size Limitations and Retention

The limitations of Vault (or UT Secure Courier) are as follows:

UT Users

  • File Count:  30
  • Maximum file size:  15GB
  • Cumulative Storage:  50GB
  • Number of messages allowed to be sent:  50/hr
  • Number of messages a single address can receive:  50/hr

Non-UT Users

  • File Count:  10
  • Maximum file size:  15GB
  • Cumulative Storage:  30GB
  • Number of messages allowed to be sent:  5/hr
  • Number of messages a single address can receive:  5/hr

How long will files be stored in Vault?

The Vault (or UT Secure Courier) application is NOT for permanent file storage and will only store files for up to 20 days.  Files will automatically be deleted from the system 20 days after they are uploaded.
